CUSTOMER CONTRACT
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the date you start you subscription, by and between PyroComservices, hereinafter referred to as "PyroCom," and you the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Payee."

1. Scope of Work and Payment: Upon completion of payment, PyroCom agrees to provide services to the Payee as discussed and agreed upon. The services will be rendered in exchange for a monthly/yearly contractual rate of pay, based on the terms negotiated prior to the initiation of this Agreement.

2. Confidentiality: All personal information provided by the Payee to PyroCom shall be kept strictly confidential. PyroCom undertakes not to knowingly disclose any information that should be kept private. In the event of unintentional or accidental release of information, PyroCom will make reasonable efforts to reclaim such information but will not be held liable for any damages caused.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms: Once a subscription date is agreed upon, PyroCom will collect the agreed payment on the agreed date every month/year. If the Payee declines to pay or wishes to terminate the service, they shall still be liable for the current month's pay cycle unless they provide a minimum of one month's advance notice. If PyroCom decides to terminate the contract for reasons not related to any abuse or harm towards the business, PyroCom shall repay the current month's cycle to the Payee.

4. Non-Circumvention: The Payee agrees not to attempt to circumvent PyroCom by enticing employees to leave the business and work privately for them. In the event of a breach of this provision, the Payee shall be liable to pay fees in accordance with the loss of earnings incurred by PyroCom.

5. Performance Pledge: PyroCom pledges to exert its best efforts to uphold its end of the agreement with the Payee and complete all work to the best standard possible.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice for a material breach by the other party. In the event of termination, the terms regarding payment, confidentiality, and non-circumvention shall survive.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
